Why don't you get matching plugs from the place you bought your lights at. Cut off stock connectors and wire new ones on that match your fog lights. Thats what I did with my led fogs..

Will these brackets work for you? They are off a 99.

Are these brackets for the lights to mount on the bumper? I have an old set with a metal bracket on the light housing, is this what your looking for ?
