Can I fit Rubicon Dana 44 axles in my TJ?

Not to muddy the waters here, but there's an odd chance that someone swapped the original TJ air lockers for Eaton E-lockers. Another way to distinguish between TJ and JK axles are the overall width (wms): TJ = 60.5” JK = 65.5”

Is there something wrong with my Savvy under armor parts?

Yup, looks like you're headed for the same wrestling match with those.

Ford Bronco Raptor at Johnson Valley

Same. Still can't get excited for the arched version, but to each their own. Motobilt fenders are nice. I like that they have that "familiar" look/ shape to them and yet still are slightly different.

Is there something wrong with my Savvy under armor parts?

And you'd think that a press brake operator would understand the importance of specified bend radius... Perhaps that detail was lost in translation.

Is there something wrong with my Savvy under armor parts?

Nothing like the designer of the part chiming in on a discussion like this. Blaine takes a quick glance at the photo and can tell immediately what went wrong. Gotta love the resources we have around here!(y)

    Bad Catalytic Converter?

This will depend a lot on your location. Best to call a local shop and ask. If you aren't experiencing any drivability issues (i.e. the engine is running fine) then you should be ok to wait on replacing it. If this is the case, you may only experience reduced fuel economy. You might not even...

    Toughness personified

Yes, you could make this work with the OE drag link. As mentioned, you'd need to buy the Currectlync tie rod ends.

    Heater core recommendation?

That's how mine started. The faint smell got stronger eventually producing an oily fog on the windshield. Then I started noticing a small leak collecting on the passenger front foot well. It was then that I bypassed the heater core and parked it for the winter. Good luck to you.

    Heater core recommendation?

I just checked with a local radiator repair shop. Worst case scenario, if a brand new core was required, the bill would be around $150. Sounds like most of the time they're able to just clean the core and repair whatever is leaking which keeps the price a lot lower. He also offered to test...

    Heater core recommendation?

This is all good feedback, multiple sources reporting the Brass Works unit doesn't put out the same heat. Thanks everyone. Does anyone have first hand experience with the Radiator Express unit?

6-speed manual transmission swap in my 98

What gears are in your axles now? What size tire are you wanting to run? My guess is that swapping to a 6-speed is not going to yield the results you're after.

    Anyone Running 33" Pizza Cutters?

Yeah, I see that now. Not sure what I was thinking? That's a bummer though.

Keep in mind, the Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac is also an excellent choice and available to fit your criteria also. Edit: Looks like the Duratrac is only available in the wider 12.5" size.:(
