A recipe for an affordable but quality 2.5" lift

Every Jeep is different. When the shock just gets to full compression, how much gap is between the perch and the cup? A picture would help as well.

    Vibrations after 2” lift installation

The front drive shaft is plenty long and shouldn't cause future problems. To be sure, remove the rear shaft and see if your vibes are gone, if they are you are golden up front.

Dana 35 or 44 for light wheeling

Sure, but to run 35s on a Dana 35 I would recommend upgrading it to a Super 35. As far as the front Dana 30, a set of good shafts will suffice.

33x12.5 tire fit on a 33x10.5 inch wheel?

If a wheel will fit a 10.5" wide tire it will also fit a 12.5" wide tire, but that is not necessarily true the other way around. If the wheel is 10" wide it will fit a 12.5" wide tire but I wouldn't recommend putting a 10.5" wide tire on it.

A recipe for an affordable but quality 2.5" lift

I didn't touch the rear sway bar. And BTW, I have 33's now (couldn't pass up the deal) and I'll probably replace the .5" BL with a 1.25" here shortly.

Control arms for 2.5-3” suspension lift

If everything is fine now and you're not going up in lift, why replace them? You really can't beat the stock arms for flex and reliability.

Is the clutch override fuse supposed to work on a Rubicon?

Mine works. I think I take it out of 19 and put it in 20. I think those are the numbers anyway. And BTW, I can start it without the clutch in and in any TC position.
