I am not following this. If you are on a perfectly flat surface like a concrete garage floor, how can the rear bumper be perfectly level and the front bumper different 1.5 inches side to side? That says the frame is twisted. It doesn’t matter what the springs are, the bumpers should be parallel.

I rebuilt my front drive shaft several years ago, after which I had a thrumming vibration at 55 mph or higher. I had the shaft re-balanced and straightened at a drive shaft shop and that helped slightly. By now I was in for about $250. I finally threw in the towel and bought a new drive shaft...

Regardless of where you get the parts, do this right away. It is likely the double Cardan may be about to crater and when it does it will destroy the transfer case, maybe more. Then you will have a real problem.

Perhaps a one inch motor mount lift would be sufficient without an SYE. I doubt it but maybe.

I have a soft top with frame that came with the 2006 TJR when I bought it about 10 years ago. The top looks like it has been installed at some point but it is in very good condition. The windows are perfect. I will let it go for $200 to anyone that is willing to pick it up. I will not ship it.

Call me paranoid but I would put a shield on that lower radiator cap. I worried about stones being thrown up by the tow vehicle hitting that plastic cap. Overkill? Probably but it is cheap insurance.

The Postal service used 2WD Jeep DJs, otherwise known as AM Generals. They were basically 2WD CJs. They had limited slip differentials.

I have the Barnes in my TJR. It lifts the TC maybe 3/4 inch. That 3/4 inch in addition to a 2.5 inch spring lift was enough to require installation of a DC driveshaft.

We have a mount for the Starlink on our truck camper. It has worked flawlessly, even driving up through narrow mountain passes or camping under some tree cover. Starlink works fabulously well for what seems like a reasonable cost.
