What temp is it getting to? Do you have any sort of OBD tool to see the exact reading? May be a faulty sensor as there is literally nothing other than the thermostat that can cause that, short of being in the artic.

Not really, they all have plenty of support. The main differences are the generations. Gen 3 is 97 to 06/early 07, Gen 4 is late 05 to 20 I believe and Gen 5 2013 to present. Gen 3 and 4 are generally pretty easy to swap and everyone and their brother makes a stand alone harness for them...

They’re quadruple the price and bring along other issues such as a brace between towers. My motor sits fairly high with the truck intake, and, while possible, would be a packaging nightmare and I’m not sure there is much of an advantage, not even factoring in the cost.

Today I installed some Currie 4” springs to let them settle to ride height so I can get some good measurements for when I start my axle swap in a couple weeks. Also got my beadlocks back from the powder coater. They’ll look good wrapped in Baja Bosses. :love:

I found them. I repurposed them as bumpstop extensions for my rear springs. I’m swapping springs and bump stops either this weekend or next, so if you can wait a week or two I’ll have one for you.
