A bad O2 sensor normally causes it to run rich and a high NOX often indicates the mixture is too lean. I looked around and confirmed a defective catalytic converter seems to be most likely where a TJ is concerned.

Are you about to run a custom rear axle? If not the rear antiswaybar has about the same flex as the rear Antirock does. I run the factory rear antiswaybar, I only replaced its links with 4" longer all-thread with heim-joints replacements to match the lift height.
