2006 Rubicon rear brake line replacement hose

Hello, I have a 2006 Rubicon, and looking to replace the rear softline at each end of the rear axle. The crown part has mixed reviews. I have heard of people using a centric line, and cutting and flaring the existing tube. Does anyone have the part number for that hose?

Savvy Under Armor / Skid Plate Install Write-Up

That makes sense, as there are no washers in the garbage bag of hardware that came with it.

I have heard people like to align the hole on the top of frame with the center of the perch. How do you handle clearance on the trackbar bolt, for us poors who have a trackbar? Does anyone turn it around or use a shorter bolt to avoid contact with the spring?

2006 LJ Rubicon - First Jeep Build - Even An Idiot Can Do It

Funny how things that you expect to be annoying fly by, and everything else drags. Drilled the rear rotors for 5x5.5, and cut the upper perches off the frame. What is the consensus on relocating the upper perches. Should I plan to cut down the longer side ears so I can slide it back further, or...

Ok. I sorted out my backlash. Getting 0.008 to 0.009 around the gear. Here is my pattern. Looks a touch deep? Or good to go?

2006 LJ Rubicon - First Jeep Build - Even An Idiot Can Do It

Thanks, Carrier is fully seated, there is a little wiggle to the anti rotation tabs on the locker, so i know they aren't wedged.shims aren't bent. I tightened the bearing caps snug with a ratchet. The tightness seems to be confined to one stop, maybe 2 on the ring gear. Went back to the...

2006 LJ Rubicon - First Jeep Build - Even An Idiot Can Do It

I checked the carrier and ring gear for run out around the outside. The carrier is almost perfect. Less than 0.001". The Revolution gear has 0.004" around the outside in runout. With an obvious "lump" on one side.

2006 LJ Rubicon - First Jeep Build - Even An Idiot Can Do It

Well, im back on the struggle bus. I got two new races from koyo. Same part. I get 0.011" backlash if I put the following shims in: Drivers side - 0.124 Passenger - 0.140. Backlash was consistent around the gear within 0.001", Maybe 0.002" So I went to the following shims to reduce...
