Update! It was the front driveshaft

Just to conclude the issue the front drive shaft was just causing so many issues, the end that has the 2 U joints was shot, would like not rotate properly, nearly grenaded and it would mainly happen when there would be force from the 4wd on the shaft, replaced that and the rear one and my issue...

Okay, it is a Dana 35, are you saying that diff NEEDS to be rebuilt or Id eventually have to rebuild it, I can check the rear shaft and the u joints. Would it be fine if I replaced the Yolk and the joints?
