The TJMC mirrors appear to be made by the same company that made the OEM mirror but the pin-out is different. If you re-pin the connector you can use the TJMC mirror without installing their new cable harness. At least that is what I am doing right now. I’ll let you know if I blow something up.

Anyone else wondering what is spraying on the underside of the hood?

This is not related to the steering wheel issue, but be absolutely sure the transfer case is in neutral. Don’t just trust the lever. With the engine running put the transmission in gear and make sure the Jeep doesn’t try to move. Get this wrong just one time and you will blow up everything…...

Are you sure the steering wheel is unlocked? You say it is turning but how much? You should be able to turn the steering wheel +/- 90 degrees without it locking when the key is clicked into the first position.

Mine are 21.5 inches apart and I have flat towed 45k miles with that.

It has been reported that it is a MItsubishi turbo used on the S70 Volvo.

It is just the standard Banks turbo system with intercooler. According to Banks, it puts 96 more hp than the stock 4.0 at the wheels. This is no longer available from Banks.

I have been running 6 psi for the last 9 years on a stock engine with no problems.

In addition to the body rust you can see, some parts of the frame have recently been painted over. To me, that can mean only one thing….. rust.

I just replaced this one in my TJ. It lasted 6 years which seems pretty minimal for such an expensive battery.

Has the radiator ever been replaced? They typically fail around 100k.

The Banks turbo totally transformed my Rubicon. I only have 32s and I stayed with the stock 4.10 axles. It is a great combination. I have often wondered if I were to move up to 33s without changing the gears if it would ruin that ideal combination. At any rate, the Banks is no longer available...

The name Lance used to be synonymous with truck camper. Not so much anymore.
