I had a similar issue. Turned out that my track bar was loose/worn out. I replaced it with a heavy duty one. It fixed the issue. Mine felt like if I were driving it would go to the left and then if I jerked the wheel a little to the right it would start tracking to the right.

Update, The radio is unplugged, all of the fuses on the interior are pulled, I'm still getting a 100 ma amp draw on IOD, ASD, Sub amp individually. I have checked in series at the battery and jumping the fuse and still get the same 100 ma draw on each.
