I’m using ARCTEC 223, stick , 3/32” diameter. That makes a welder outta anyone 😊 •but then again, if you’re using a grinder to clean up your welds you’re called a GRINDOR not a WELDOR 😂

TPS (throttle position sensor) gave me grievance on a couple of occasions in the same manner as you’re describing on my ‘05 LJ / I-6 4.0 • I ended up carying a spare TPS with me • now , I’m not certain if this would apply on your 2.5
