Over the next few days I am replacing the waterpump clutch fan, hoses, belt, and t-stat. Everything except the radiator itself. I flipped the petcock to drain the coolant and noticed the lower mounting brackets to the AC condensor are just floating, not mounted to anything, and I can wiggle it...

Sprayed my 02 sensors with PB blaster yesterday as I popped P0431. All 4 sensors look pretty bad too. Got in it this morning and the code was gone. Guess I'm on the right track!

There's not enough surface area grabbing the latch on a round eye bolt and I couldn't find one in M8x1.25 local. A coupling nut with a couole tac welds will work. Thanks for that!

So the guy has responded stating they do not have a longer threaded portion and that what I have on there looks good, offering some touch up paint to make it match the powder coat. Appears they don't have that threaded loop because they are using this type of latch: This should be fun.

Yeah I contacted DV8 prior to posting here and they asked me to email pictures. Haven't heard back after they asked me if I confirmed that I could not get it to close all the way. I pulled the threaded latch and will make a trip to HD or Lowe's today.

I've just about finished the install on mine. Maybe I'm missing something, but with the gate on, I cannot get the latch to close. If I adjust the threaded latch out any farther, I'll be on 3 or 4 threads. Looks like the threaded portion got lopped a little short?

I discovered I might have a timing issue yesterday when the jeep popped P0016, P0340, and P0344. Swapped in the cam sensor that came with the Crown OPDA and it fired no issue. Started fine this morning and the CEL is gone. Time will tell. Spent the rest of yesterday getting most of my OR FAB...

Swapped the bunjee cord out for an actual battery hold down bracket. Swapped the faulty CPS out. Put my wranglertjforum.com sticker on the underside of the hood.

Daytime after shot. PO didn't get the masking tape down exact before spraying the flares, so there's a bit of overspray on the fenders. Probably gonna snag a used pair of factory flares for the rear and trim the fronts down flatter.
