To whomever posted the sale price on this item, you rock. I bought mine while on sale. Here's a video of mine for those thinking of buying one.

JL Wheels on TJ: Good or bad decision?

I use 1.5" adapters on mine and have no rubbing at all but I recommend, before you buy the spacer/adapters, you put a straight edge up against the wall of the new tire and measure from the wall edge of the tire to the mounting point on the back of the wheel. Then do the same thing to your...

Is there a special way to zip soft top rear window?

I would suggest not doing what I did. My zipper got stuck one day (I had an old top) I got so fed up I grabbed the window and ripped it off the Jeep and threw it across the driveway. Zipper pieces went flying. Not my finest moment. I ended up buying a new Bestop.

What are you guys running for half doors?

Soft half doors, easy to remove and store away or put them behind the back seat while on a trail.

    JL wheels on TJ

Nope I have no rubbing at all. I have about 3/8" of clearance between my lower control arm and my tire at full lock.

JL Wheels on TJ: Good or bad decision?

That depends on the width of you stock TJ wheels. Typically 8" to 10" wide wheels are recommended for 12.5 wide tires. If you have the Canyon wheels they should fit.

JL Wheels on TJ: Good or bad decision?

The biggest change for me was the skinny look. I love the ride but I miss the wide stance mine had.

JL Wheels on TJ: Good or bad decision?

Thanks! I have a 3" Zone lift and 3/4" spring spacers up front . I'm very happy with the ride. It rides smooth and tracts down the road much better now and the scrub radius feels proper. But I do miss the wide stance that my old wheels and tires had. Here's a look at the before and after photo.

    What's top dollar for a 2006 X model?

I may be an exception but I paid $7,300 to an original owner for an 2003 Sport, automatic with 4.0ltr and 137k miles with AC and cruise control. It needed a paint job and a weekend of elbow grease. That was nearly 3 years ago.

    JL wheels on TJ

Yeah you wouldn't be able to run 35 or larger without rubbing with a 1.5" adapter. But this video was only intended for those wanting to run the 285/70 Rubicon tire.
