I was just about to say this. when you put the tires on you'll realize 33's and 3.73 with the manual will still have plenty of torque around the city but if he's trying to crawl he might want to go 4.56. personally id stay with the 3.73 with these gas prices!

just putting my 2 cents, a long arm is better than a short arm for ride quality. dual-rate coil springs also would be a better ride (most lifts have them) of course you can always go coil overs but that usually going into the customs territory. Make sure you upgrade to basically a full HD...

Is the stock rear differential pretty noisy in these Jeep tjs? Or is it just cause mines low miles and still breaking in. When I drive in a low gear(high torque) scenario the rear diff seems to like whine, is it just a Jeep thing or should I look into it?
