Where's this oil coming from and how bad is it

Guys, the Wife is getting tired of oil spots ruining our new driveway. We get a 3 inch oil spot each night. I've wiped oil off and looked everywhere, it isn't coming from the oil pan. Had it taken in to a jeep shop and they didn't find anything noticeable. They cleaned off the block and any...

Water in rear passenger floor (not evap drain)

Thank you for your help. I checked the seals and the hardtop overhang, everything looks flush and straight. I can't see anything noticable. I've driven in harder rains since putting the hardtop back on this fall and had no issue with water intrusion. I would think that since it just sat in the...

Water in rear passenger floor (not evap drain)

Jeep was parked overnight, had a light rain. came out this morning to find the rear passenger floor holding water. All other floorboards were bone dry. No signs of water along the wall carpet. I have a hardtop and it's bolted down pretty good. Where is the most common spots for a hardtop to...

    Blue soft top

Does anyone make a dark blue soft top? My Sahara is stone white and I think a midnight blue top would look legit. Any links would be helpful. Thanks!

Iron Man 4x4 front track bar and bracket

Just bought a Jeep that has this track bar and corresponding dropped track bar mount. Now I have to undo a dropped pitman arm and this bored out track bar mount. Anyone reading this thread, go with a currie https://www.ironman4x4fab.com/product-page/tj-front-track-bar-system

    Steering / Suspension Question

This is the track bar and track bar mount. The threads for the OE mount have been bored out.... https://www.ironman4x4fab.com/product-page/tj-front-track-bar-system "Our creative solution for this double shear track bar utilizes the OE track bar mount by drilling it out to 5/8". The bracket...

    Steering / Suspension Question

I got a chance to get under the Jeep again this morning. Looks like the stock TB frame mount is still there. They didn't put any holes or bolts thru the OEM mount, but did add an aftermarket TB mount forward of it. It looks like I can unbolt the lower TB mount and move the track bar back to...

    Steering / Suspension Question

How long did you get away with stock before the reckoning came? I want 4.56 gears, ADB locker, chromoly shafts, and aaalllll the splines. But, money... The rear axle was supposed to be the first project I tackled, but this steering thing looks like it's gonna eat a big part of my axle budget...

Any concerns with the artec CAs other than they might be moved from stock? Are they a good replacement

    Steering / Suspension Question

Thanks for the advice. Sounds like a solid plan, and I plan to get new shocks as well. If I remove the dropped pitman, but leave the track bar on the modified lower mount, will the angle of the DL be too far off from the angle of the track bar? Ideally we want to raise them both at the same...

    Steering / Suspension Question

Here's a zoom of the dropped track bar mount. It looks like it's bolted on, do you have a link to a replacement OEM mount or even one from Currie if I'm going to buy their track bar?

    Steering / Suspension Question

I guess what I am looking for is complete steering rebuild. Let me know how you would tear this down and build it again. I'm gonna order the parts online and install myself, so any links/complete part lists would be helpful. Can I keep the Ironman adjustable track bar, but add in a currie...

    Steering / Suspension Question

If I buy the currie track bar and the Currie Steering (tie rod/drag link), I understand they all attach to the stock mounts and I can get rid of the drop pitman and the drop track bar braket. Will that work with the 4 inch lift geometry (ie, drag link and trac bar in parallel)?

    Steering / Suspension Question

No driveline vibrations, and no DW that I've noticed. It is just the steering that is driving me nuts. The wife wants to drive it, but anything above 40mph makes her nervous.

    Steering / Suspension Question

The ride is rough, and when I hit a bump during a corner, I feel the travel stop abruptly. I can get more pictures of the upper jounces. Are you saying I have bilstein shocks, or that I need bilstein shocks?
