Installing a 3rd party amplifier on TJ with factory amp and sub

Any pointers on how to install a 3rd party amplifier on a TJ which came with the factory amp and sub in the center console? The jeep already has an aftermarket JVC head unit with RCA ports. I want to install a JL Audio JD250/1 mono amp with a kicker sub. What to do with the 12-way connector...

    Repeating P0340 code

I have learnt to live with it. I bought an OBD scanner and clear the code whenever it lights up :ROFLMAO: Maybe I will go with PCM replacement when the code shows up every time I crank up the beast. As of now, the code shows up every 3 weeks or so.

ugh! P0340 came back after replacing the OPDA with crown unit and NAPA cam sensor. Is it now time for PCM fix?

@FarFire70 Yes, it stops on depressing the clutch to the floor. How long have you been driving with this noise?

I am hearing this loose gravel/box of marbles sound when in neutral(06 TJ with NSG370). Sounds familiar to anyone?

    Repeating P0340 code

Replaced the OPDA with a crown unit and Napa Echlin Cam sensor. No CELs yet, have driven for around 30 miles after the swap. Hoping that the gremlin is put to rest!

    Engine code P0340 and P0344

I got the Crown OPDA from Walmart. The box has the correct part number on it. But the OPDA itself has no markings or labels indicating the brand or part number. Can anyone comment if they observe the same on the crown unit. The part number is 53010624AC

    Repeating P0340 code

I still have the repeating P0340 code . I put a washer on the fastener which secures the CPS to the OPDA housing. Still getting the code after driving for 20 miles. Any ideas?

Engine Dies After 5 Minutes of Smooth Idling

Is your battery securely tied down with the clamps? I was missing the tie-downs and the battery cables were thrown loose by some bump on the road or a bad clutch release which caused the jeep to spring forward.

    O2 Sensor Swap Walk-Through

I chased the threads. It seems to be some extra anti-seize which was smeared on the sides of the O2 sensor which is burning due to the high temperature. All good!

    O2 Sensor Swap Walk-Through

Approaching the beast with the feet on the passenger side was the the turning point. Thank you for that tip @fuse . Also, after replacing all 4 sensors and cranking the jeep I noticed fumes discharging from the Bank2 Sensor1(upstream). Is that normal or the sensor needs more tightening? I did...

    O2 Sensor Swap Walk-Through

Removing the plug on the 2/2 sensor is a PITA. Is there a trick to it? I have a stock 06, slid under the jeep with a creeper and don't seem to snake both my hands to unplug the connector

    Repeating P0340 code

@jdrake Did you put a washer/gasket on the fastener which attaches the CPS to the OPDA body?

    Repeating P0340 code

Yes, the actual sensor body and the OPDA

    Repeating P0340 code

Reading through the forums, I reckon its the spacing between the OPDA housing and the sensor (about 1cm left of your annotation). The circle in your picture is over the bolt which secures the CPS to the OPDA housing. I am waiting to do this if my TJ throws the P0340 again.

Thanks qslim. I am just bordering on paranoia since the time I started seeing P0340 on the jeep

How much condensation from exhaust pipe is okay?

Seeing some water drip from the tail-pipe and also the drain hole in the skid plate when I start the jeep and let it run for a few mins. The skid plate drip is originating from a small drain hole in the cat. Here is the spill from the tail pipe: From the hole in the cat:
