It’s really hard to see in the pics cause it is just slightly curved inward.

My passenger door was bent slightly inward by a kid running into it. No visible creases or dents but it is causing the winding glass to rub. Looks like it is the metal support that is bent. Any suggestions or any body shop recommendations in the Las Vegas area?

Got the old tank in with a new fuel pump. It’s running great with no check engine light! Anyone know what size torx screws hold the filler assembly to the body?

So you guys know what size the torx screws are that hold the filler to the body from the outside?

Update. The fuel pump in the 05 tank didn’t work so now I’m looking at options to repair my 03 tank. The plastic spout that the filler hose connects to is crushed. Previous owner probably crimped a metal hose clamp too tight. See pics below. could I put any kind of pipe in it then seal around...

The original one from my 03 tank ran fine. I don’t know about the one in the 05 tank. It looked in good shape but I didn’t test it before swapping the tank.

Fuel tank swap update. The 2005 fuel tank is installed in my 03. Everything is reconnected. I’ve got no response from the pump or gauge. When I first tried it I had the wires set up like the 03. Then after the reply’s I slipped the 2 larger wires and still nothing. Would it blow a fuse or...

If so, the green with white line should be the only powered one correct?

Coming from the front are the black and green with white line the 2 for the fuel pump? Leaving the blue with green line and black with green line for the sending unit?

Thank you. I did shave it down. I’ll try switching the pump wires. Does the sending unit utilize the same ground. This has been great advice. I appreciate it.

Thanks. This sounds like my best and easiest option. Otherwise I was gonna look for a used 03 tank. The newer one is installed already so I’ll try switching the wires. My harness is for the 03. They are all the same gauge but different colors. Do you know where I could find a diagram?

I bought this Jeep with a 3.5” metalcloak lift. It doesn’t look like my transfer case linkage brackets have been dropped. Can any of you guys tell from my pics above if the stock linkage would still fit?
