    Deep knock during warm up (should I rebuild, get a crate engine, or a stroker?)

    334k, original motor. Just today during start up it gave me a deep knock (definitely not lifter tap) which disappeared once it warmed up. Debating a rebuild or crate swap...but also considering a 4.6L crate. Anyone have experience with ATK's? Also wondering if a 4.6L has the same bulletproof...

    Stock rear track bar bushings? Trying to avoid poly, but can't find rubber

    Went up 2 inches with a spring lift and slid my rear diff over, planning to install relocation bracket, but decided new bushings for the track bar since I have to get in there anyway.
