Negative. I've had the Jeep for almost exactly a year now and the only thing I've had to replace was the idler pulley. I only drive it a few miles each day if at all.

Yep! It was the idler pulley. I had a new tensioner pulley but the old one was in really good shape so we didn't change it out. The banshee wail is gone!

I cancelled the order of the Noico for now and ordered the boot. Going to fix that first and address any further heat issues, if there are any.

The original post. It's coming up as a V shaped engine on his VIN search, so the two logical things I can think of are motor swap or just an error on the part of who wrote up the results of the query.
