It looks like those axles are D35s not Dana 44 but I may be missing something. Couple years back I purchased a 30 and 35 set with 4.10 gears for $550 for both on CL. So if 35s are the route your heading, I would keep looking.

Zipper lube like above... but I've found a spring tool like this helps a lot pulling the zipper.

My 97 Sahara had ABS but I bypassed it when I switch axles several years ago. I just removed the module this past weekend while installing new hard brake lines.

On Hatteras Island a couple years ago...

I used some plumping parts (cap and plug) to extend my snubbers. The threads allowed me to adjust the length for best fit.

Saw this on Rt460 outside Bedford VA. Out of my price range.

My 2 TJs...since one is just not enough.
