Installed the 20561 kit 7 years ago and it's worked well. However, now the custom U-shaped joint in the return line is leaking. Derale tells me they do not sell this piece outside the kit. Maybe try cutting the clamp off and re-clamping with a tension clamp?

So I'm doing my heater core today. All the write-ups and videos I've seen reference a "block" on the left side where all the connectors plug into, and it's "easy to remove these". However, I have no block I can find. I have individual connectors, each attached with some sort of locking harness...
