    Replacing only the radiator?

Alright, I've got everything in the cart, but before I pull the trigger I just have one final question. I read with great interest @MountaineerTom's observations on the Stant thermostat that everyone around here uses. Has anyone else had this issue where the tall bridge prevents it from sitting...

    Replacing only the radiator?

Wow thanks for all the input, everyone! @03coloradowrangler - Yeah I definitely plan on flushing the whole thing out with distilled water and putting in fresh Zerex G-05. @Cornbread - Good point. I just rolled over 100k, so all the more reason to do everything. @pagrey - Good points on...

    Replacing only the radiator?

Haha, alright then I'll just do it all (no offense pagrey, it's a numbers thing). I also went back and read the well written FAQ by @Chris which added a nice layer of guilt. Quick question though: are y'all replacing the heater hoses, too?

    Replacing only the radiator?

So that's two votes for everything and one for rad only. I think you guys all make excellent points. I'll for sure go with a Mopar rad and OEM clamps. As for the pump and T-stat, I guess I'll price it out and call an audible this weekend. Thanks for all the advice, fellas!

    Replacing only the radiator?

Hi everyone. As a follow-up to my previous post, I finally found the source of my coolant leak when it suddenly opened up like a faucet today. It appears the bottom plastic seam is separating, so obviously the radiator has to be replaced. My question is: do I replace only the radiator, or...

Can't find the coolant leak (even with a pressure tester)

Good to know, thanks. The upper hose looked okay but I'll lean in a little closer tomorrow to inspect the thermostat housing. If that ends up being the culprit, would you just replace the gasket and maybe spread some Permatex in there too?

Can't find the coolant leak (even with a pressure tester)

Good thought. I'll take her around the block a few times and check, but I'm not sure that explains how so much got into the fan. I also would have expected a small puddle beneath the reservoir when I parked if this were the case. I don't believe it's coming out of the radiator cap as there...

Can't find the coolant leak (even with a pressure tester)

Hi everyone. Longtime lurker, first-time poster. I have an '06 TJ Unlimited (manual, 4.0L straight 6). Yesterday while driving the dreaded "check gauges" light came on, and I saw my engine temp was nearing 250. I pulled over, popped the hood, and found the coolant reservoir was empty...
