From my experience right turn noise means you have a bad left front hub. It might not be to a point you can feel it while spinning the wheel off the ground but give it some time and it will get worse.

My TJ plus studded winter tires is a good combination for what on the ground today. Pulled three car back onto the road this morning.

20 Degree 30 MPH wind Is not ideal for driving my TJ. It took a long time for all the exposed metal to warm up.
