Shop build update: Synthetic stucco is on. Garage doors are installed. Concrete driveway is poured. Maybe another 4 weeks to finish up trim, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. We need some landscaping too but I can move in before we do that.

An old / cheap / second soldering iron also works great for putting holes in carpet.

I have louvers and started throwing P0303 codes this summer when wheeling in 90ish temps and long climbs. I put on the TSB sleeve and it happened again. I've got the DEI kit on the shelf waiting for winter to pull things apart and have time for the unexpected additional work that will be needed.
