Was this problem ever figured out? @gbn04 :My 4.0 makes the same noise but its all the time even on cold start up and you can hear it if you don't have the radio on while driving, sounds like op first video. Im hoping it isn't piston slap because the timing chain is newer less than 5k miles on...
