That's a common problem for the TJ's. My drivers door had the same broken screw situation. I drilled it out and tapped it. Not a hard fix.

I took one off of an old xj that looks just like that and it's been laying around my garage for a couple of years. Thanks for the info. I'll probably mount mine this weekend.

I've worked at a Chrysler/Jeep dealership for many years and for Jeep before Chrysler took over and I've never sold a timing chain for the 4.0 or the 2.5 engines.

same with mine. it was shifting terrible and I changed the fluid (GL-4) to synthetic and after about a month I noticed that it was shifting so much better

i have a 99 TJ with a 2.5. I am considering doing away with that big ugly fan shroud (electric fan) and I was wondering if anyone has considered replacing the power steering pump with one from an older XJ? I've worked in Jeep parts since the 80's and noticed that the XJ pump has the reservoir is...
