2006 Tj. I replaced my leaking heater core this weekend and now I have very little heat output. All the blend doors are working, and both lines are hot, Took it for a 10 mile test drive and still no improvement.....Any suggestions?

Will YJ doors fit on a TJ ? If not what is different? I want to have wing windows on my TJ ...
