amp wiring

I am currently installing an AMP for my 2006 Jeep TJ. I cannot get the amp to turn on. I found that I am getting 0 volts from my blue/white amp turn on wire. Does anyone have any ideas why it’s not showing power? Any idea how to fix?

Bought new sub box (subthunp), (2) 10” subs at 1200 W each (4 ohms). Also bought 1200 W amp at 4 ohms. Box has separate connectors for each speaker. Amp is 4 channel. Question is what gauge wire should I use from speaker to connector and connector to amp. I have read so much stuff and I keep...
