I recently bought a 2004 Wrangler X. I knew when I bought it that the rear pinion seal was going to need replacing due to the diff fluid splatter. So I replaced the pinion seal but there seems to still be diff fluid still being spattered around. I checked the seal and it is dry from fluid...

Very confused about this and don’t know how concerned I should be. This fluid looks very strange to me and the bolt won’t tighten fully with a wrench, but isn’t finger loose. It just seems to keep spinning. Obviously, this bolt is on the trans, but that does not look like transmission fluid...
