hose

Hey everyone, 88,000 mile 2006 TJ. Today when I got to work all gauges were normal and jeep was running fine. I shut the engine off and got out and heard dripping and steaming and saw white steam coming out of hood. So I opened it up and saw coolant had wet the bottom half of my engine bay...

Does anyone know if there is supposed to be a hose here? Or if it is a drain of some sort? We have some freezing wether currently in Louisiana and I noted some antifreeze dripping from this opening. I don't remember if there was a hose here or not but it looks like one may have been. Or if it is...

Does anybody know where the Transmission Vent hose mounts? Found the hose with the bracket still attached hanging underneath. It doesn't reach much further than the passenger side firewall, but I can't seem to find a mounting point. I just have it zip tied up for now. Mine is a 2002 4.0
