p0340 code

We have a 1999 Jeep TJ 4.0 4x4. Every since we had the clutch replaced last year, I have been chasing the P0340 code. We have replaced the cam shaft position sensor (OEM), distributor, plugs, plug wires, ECM, fuel pump and exhaust header. I know some of these items shouldn't affect the P0340...
