rear disc

Are these brakes proprietary or are there pads I can use if they ever go out of business?

My 06 LJ with stock rear disc the caliper wont fully release. At first they were getting really hot i could smell them while driving i took the tires off and there were no brake pads left so I changed them and the problem worsened took the tires off again and both pads are touching the rotor...
