It’s time to replace my 2004’s front brake rotors. Is there an upgrade that has proven to be better? Is there a pad/rotor combo that is more than just high-tech looking, but actually has better longevity or performance?

From my searches in this forum front rotors changed in 1999. Some U.K. suppliers list all front rotors for TJ's with the same part numbers, I've ordered these and they don't fit my TJ manufactured in 2001. So I've sourced some rotors that claim to fit 1999 on TJ's. Here's a pic. Will they...
