strapping

Our 02 TJ wheels have 1.5 inch holes in them and it seems the axles have no where to place a strap around them. TJ sports the 5.5" RE long-arm tri-link lift (installed 2011). The 16-foot trailer being built for us right now has D-rings up front 12" from the corners, and in the rear on the sides...
