03 TJ Rubicon Fuel Lines

Front driveshaft destroyed fuel line(s), intermediate brake line, front brake lines, proportioning valve, air supply lines , transfer case linkage etc..etc...

I need help with the 2 vapor lines on frame and the fuel line on the frame. I have a 3/8 vapor line and a 5/16 vapor line with a 5/16 fuel line. I can not find the correct parts. Every where I look I can only find a 2 piece set. Either 3/8 feed with 5/16 return or 5/16 feed with a 3/16 return. The proper parts I need are 5/16 feed with 3/8 and 5/16 return with the correct bends.

You can see on the gas tank illustration and the picture of my gas tank the three lines. The second illustration shows (OE Mopar part)from fuel rail to frame. There are the three lines. I have called numerous places that are telling me "must be custom or your special" There are places claiming to sell "complete" fuel line sets that only contain 2 pieces. I need 3 frame lines to be "complete"

I gaurantee if you show them what you’re looking for they’ll have the parts. I say that because the dealer isn’t going to carry these parts anymore as they’re long since out of production.

Thank you Chris. I sent Daveys a message. I just can not comprehend how companies are selling 2 piece aftermarket fuel lines claiming they fit 97-06 Tj and are "complete". Why don't they sell true complete 3 piece lines. I can find on youtube other jeeps with the 3 quick clips on the fuel tank with 3 lines running up the frame to the 3 lines in the engine bay just like the diagrams stating i am supposed to have . ( "how to remove jeep fuel line clips" ) is one of them.

Daveys said they don't have what I'm looking for. After all the time and frustration.... I should mabey learn to bend and flare lines. My time is worth at minimum 100 an hour so I figure these lines are costing me $2000.00 if I succeed in finding them immediately.

I went with Linestogo.com when I did my brakes.
They do fuel and vent lines too, in stainless. I have their vent line, but I didn’t do my fuel lines.

The stuff I got from them was good quality in my opinion. You might check their website and see if they’ve got what you need.

Look at the evap diagram under the hood if its there and copy the routing. Its only evap. Make sure you use fuel/vapor rating hose!

Hey, sorry reviving this old post. Was wondering what "at a cost" pricing is for you? I'm looking around online to replace the same broken line on my TJ. Thanks and wish you well
