I don't understand why you'd need 6.5 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms and a den.

I recently spent a week in San Francisco for work. The weather was uncommonly great, and I was lucky enough to not be acosted by swarms of homeless miscreants or social vigilantes, although I was lectured by a local, all-knowing bartender for not posessing a vaccination card, but that's another story.
Anyhow, I was working in a newly constructed high-end condo complex that has amazing views.
A recent sale of a 2 bedroom unit in this building hit a staggering $9.775 Million.

The best part of that view would be when the Blue Angels come to town. During fleet week that would be the coolest spot to watch the jets from. When we've gone in the past we actually stand right below at the bow and arrow statue.
