Asking $5000 OBO. 131,374 miles. Green. Waverly, NY. Garage kept for last 4 years. All stock from what I can tell. Needs some work. Considered "FINE" condition. Possibly "good" because no known "major mechanical repairs" needed. Front brakes, ac recharge, blend door or leak in line (won't switch over from defrost to dash vents), tires, drivers seat is ripped, could use a new soft top- stitching starting to rip out and drivers plastic is split (no hardtop), and some rust & scratches in paint. It passed PA state inspection 3 weeks ago. It has the back seat too.
It was my grandfather's dream jeep. I bought it when he passed. I don't want to part with it but we bought a new car and this is the best place I could think of to find someone to love it!

I know you're not supposed to comment on price but can I ask for opinions on my asking price? Too high or way off? What's a better range?

For comparison I purchased my rust free 98 TJ in August for $4,200. I would suggest getting some additional pics of the rust so people can decide if it is worth fixing or will require a new frame.

I think your price is probably about right as a starting point considering that you did say OBO, so you left room for the buyer to negotiate.

Thank you for the input. I just sold it for $3750. They're jeep people too! I'm happy it's going to a good home!:D
