1999 engine in 2000 TJ

What do i need to do to swap a 99 motor into a tj 2000 Mine (2000) have electronic system in and other (1999) one have distributor system .... and what else not the same ... thanks

Almost nothing is the same. The entire accessory drive is essentially reversed. The only two accessories in roughly the same location are the water pump and power steering pump. The 98 does not have the threaded holes for the coil rail. The water pump and shape of the hole in the block for it are completely different. It is doable, not a lot of fun though.

Sorry its a 99 is that the same then 98 motor

Yes, the break is at 2000. 98 and 99 are the same
