2000 TJ 02 sensor issues

2000 TJ 4.0 liter. Replaced 02 sensors . check engine light came back on. P0135, P0138, P0141 and P0141 codes. Both 02s reading High voltage. Engine stuttering and high revving periodically. Hope I can get some adivice. Thanks

What brand of sensors?

The high voltage indicates the engine is running RICH possibly due to an exhaust leak, bad O2 sensor wiring connections or the installation of incorrect O2 sensors...
The O2 sensor should be NTK/NGK....
