Last week CEL came on and I replaced all 4, O2 sensor with NTK. I then got the CEL p0432 code. I put on the O2 spacers on the lower 2 sensors, cleared codes. Today I got the new code of P0135 and P0138

P0432 Main Cat Efficiency Below Threshold
P0135 O2 High Voltage, Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0138 O2 High Voltage, Bank 2 Sensor 2

Any help to fix this would get great.

Have you cleared the codes with an OBDII reader to see if they come back?

Did you replace all the O2 sensors or just one? You should replace all of them at once as O2 sensors are a general wear-and-tear maintenance item that need to be replaced every 80k miles or so for best engine performance.

The OP replaced all (4) O2 sensors... already.

I would remove the O2 spacers, clear the codes and see if they return...

He edited the post. Originally it just said he changed the “O2 sensor” which made me think he only changed one.
