2003 Jeep TJ, 4.0 with automatic, just over 125k miles.
I love my Jeep and I'm only considering selling it because I recently had a baby and want to move into something bigger to make off roading and camping more accessible with the whole family. Would consider trading for a similarly built XJ, WJ, ZJ, JKU, 3rd or 4th gen 4Runner, 80 or 100 series Land Cruiser, or something comparable. I'd put cash my end to trade for the right rig!
This Jeep has been excellent to me. It'll ride 75mph down the highway all day and wheel trails like steel bender, poison spider, and gold bar rim without any drama. I've driven from Denver to Moab, wheeled all weekend, and driven back to Denver multiple times.
Here are the main points:
- 33 inch Falken Wildpeak AT4Ws
- 4.56 gears with an Aussie Locker in the front (open rear diff)
- Axles were fully rebuilt by Evolution Off-Road in Colorado Springs during the regear (seals, bearings, etc.
- 2.5 inch lift with Rancho RS5000 shocks & adjustable rear upper control arms
- Quick disconnect sway bar end links
- Slip yoke eliminator with Adams rear driveshaft and Tom Woods front driveshaft
- ZJ steering
- 12k winch w/synthetic rope
- Bed lined floors
- Flowmaster catback exhaust
- Hard AND soft tops
- Rear seat is available too, just not pictured. It has the same style black seat cover as the fronts
- Recently replaced cooling system - radiator, thermostat, water pump, etc.
There are some minor cosmetic flaws, few rock hits and some Colorado pinstripes, but nothing terrible.
