So the PO installed aftermarket LED's. They have HALO's which when I use the turn signal blink amber. I started getting the fast blinker on the passenger side and also when the headlights are on I get a solid blinker signal and the amber front halo stays solid. The rear blinker stays solid as well.
By process of elimination I have narrowed it down to the headlight connection. I can literally give the male prongs a little tweak and I get a great connection. This lasts a day. I hit the male side with a wire brush and they are nice and clean. I've also sprayed the male and female side with QD Electric cleaner many times.
The question I have is: How do I clean the female part of the connection. I can't get in there with a wire brush. I debated gently using a dental pick, but am a little nervous about that.
I can replace the headlight, but I would rather not spend the money right now.
Any thoughts?
