2006 A/C Evaporator

I've read some AC Evaporator threads and most are a few years old. For example, some said the Mopar part is NLA. Well, here it is (for a big price).

What are some current respectable brands that should work/fit well?

Also,
I've decided to sell the Jeep. Obviously, passing this work & cost on to the buyer impacts the selling price. Would it significantly impact the time to find a buyer? Are LJRs in demand enough that it would still sell quickly? Does this question deserve its own thread?

Cannot comment on the evaporator or a good replacement brand, but you picked the wrong time to sell, that's for sure. This is arguably one of the worst times to buy or sell any vehicle it seems.

Unlimited Rubicon's will always be in demand though so that'll help. Especially if you've got one that is clean and unmolested!

It has modest modifications, and the frame & body have little rust and original interior is good for a 103,000 mile vehicle.

Anyways, the genuine Mopar evaporator is around $450 - $500. I saw Jeep Air has one for $144. Is this a case of "You get what you pay for"?

I've had luck with the Four Seasons brand and would recommend their parts.
