2006 Wrangler is misfiring

My 06 is having problems. A month ago it started shutting down. Mechanic replaced computer and it ran fine for a couple of weeks. Engine dies restarts sputters and back fires and repeats.I don't want to start throwing parts at it. Replaced crank sensor. Seems intermittent. Rus on idle in garage fine for hours at a time.any guidance would be greatly appreciated

It was rebuilt. I am not getting a check engine light

Not getting any cel codes. I have a fuel pressure tester on it now. Reading 58. Waiting for it to heat up to see if it drops
