Has anyone on here printed replacement parts for their TJ or LJ? Right now I am looking for ideas about plastic, but I have a feeling in the future that I might need to do some metal printing too.

I drive a 2005 LJ and I need the plastic cover for the instrument cluster. The web has nothing except discontinued parts. I searched Quadratec, 4wd.com and the parent 4 Wheel Parts, O'Reilly, Advanced, Mopar and ... without any luck.

I haven't searched for any plans for 3D printing or for a 3D printer. I thought I'd check with all of you first.

I bought a 3D printed switch panel from a guy making them on Etsy/EBay. I then sanded it down and put on a lot of layers of paint to make it look more stock and get rid of the shine and texture that comes with the layering. I think it turned out pretty good.

So I went to E-Bay and found a bunch of plastic housings that go over the lens and the instrument cluster. The problem is they all say that they are for TJs from 97-02. I thought all TJs were the same for the most part. Was there a huge change in 03 that would make the plastic piece different to where it won't fit?
