Alright guys, hekping a buddy out with a 4.0 swap in a 99. There is a branch coming from the motor harness that passes through the firewall. It has an oval grommet and has two gray and one black connector. Im not entirely sure what year the motor is but the harness doesnt exactly all hook up to the Jeep. Its runs fine and all gauges work. I bought a 97 dash harness thinking that would be the right one. Is this motor a later or earlier model? Reason i believe its an earlier is the upstream O2 sensor is a round connection. I included a pic of the branch in question. Anyone have any clue what this branch works with or plugs in to? It comes through the firewall next to the HVAC box.
