Hi dudes. I would your help to solve my TPS trouble in my jeep. I have an YJ Jeep but with 4.0 TJ 2004 engine with his electronic, so this is an OBD2. I have the code P0121

First I buyed 2 MOPAR OEM TPS on Amazon, but I can´t read any voltaje variant when move the thorttle.

I have the next information:
Pin 1 connector = Sensor Ground
Pin 2 connector = Throttle Position Sensor Signal
Pin 3 connector = 5V Supply.

I decided cut the conector to try the lines with single conector by terminals on TPS, to guarented avoid any problem with the conector.

So, I Find pin 1 with ground corretly, pin 3 with 5 volts, but when I tested the pin 2 without to pcm connection, I can´t read any any voltaje variant when move the thorttle.

I have some questions:

1. If I provide ground and 5 voltaje supply on the pin (1,3), I don´t need conection to PCM to read the voltaje variant, right? The PCM just receive the voltaje?

2. I would have such bad luck, to receive 2 MOPAR TPS that do not vary their voltage?

3. If I connect the PCM on pin 2, this also not work to, and I can´t read any voltaje variant.

4. Any have any idea, to solve my problem?

5. Any know how test TPS ressitence? It´s possible test a TPS without power supply just testing his ressitence between pins?

from now thank to the help

This is the sensor, if some know any different wiring please let me know, different to this:
Pin 1 connector = Sensor Ground
Pin 2 connector = Throttle Position Sensor Signal
Pin 3 connector = 5V Supply.
