I just purchased a 2006 Rubicon LJ and found a 7 way trailer wiring harness coiled up under the rear fender well.
I don't intend to tow anything heavy and have replaced it with a 4 way. I am asking $50 + actual shipping charge obo.or it can be picked up in Success, Mo.

Where does the following wires for this harness connect to:
RED: Battery Positive
WHITE: Battery Negative ?
BLUE: ?

I really don't know. The whole thing was pretty much tucked up in the fender well the way you see it.

My guess is that it connects to the reverse lights.

I had a completely different guess for the blue wire.... I think it may be a signal for if you attach a brake controller.
