$800 1987 Comanche Sportruck

Forgot I haven’t posted anything about this ole turd. Bought it for $800, put new rotors/calipers/pads on, and sent it. Just drove it to work today. Thank god the heat works, it’s dropped from 70s to high 30s in a week!

Nice! I love those little trucks. The short bed is a must! If I could find a 4x4 model in that price range I’d buy it. Yours looks decent enough for me to paint it OEM color.

4wd Comanche’s are near extinct. I’m pretty happy with this 4x2, though. I’ll probably just do a little bit of a stock resto on it and try and daily it. Bound to be better on gas than my TJ lol

My daughter had a 91’ XJ, and it got 18-22mpg, so I wouldn’t be surprised if yours got that.
