A/C system not working on 2000 TJ

a/c compressor cycles, 134a pressure good. Replaced high pressure s/w no help.

You need to provide more information so advise can be given.

Is the ventilation fan operating ?
How do you know the refrigerant pressure is good? What pressure at what temperature ?
The compressor cycles.... ? With the climate control console OR electrically jumping ?
Why did you replace the HP CO switch ? Continuity or no continuity with system pressure present/not present ?
You will need to do some electrical troubleshooting.
